It has been so hot and the forecast is for hotter yet.  The heat has definately taken it's toll on the fishing, but remember, the fish have to eat. They are moving to deeper water so we have to fish in different places as well as fish differently.
Yesterday Irvin and I went out and the pike were in 10 -15 feet of water.  We used Williams White Fish spoons and 5 of diamonds.  Not hard, we had four and were back at the dock in less than 10 minutes.  Of course we were just out in front of the camp as it was too hot to go any longer.
